The Pressroom Vega operates cutting edge machinery that enables us to deliver quality print and quick turnaround times. Our sophisticated printing presses guarantee a printed result matched to approved proof colour calibrations. We utilise dedicated colour management hardware that ensures colour variations during printing are monitored and minimised. Our press computers also save colour settings and press set-up data to allow for exact reproduction of future print re-runs. Our presses operate continuously up to 7 days per week to meet client demands. Our staff and factory are always accessible to clients for press checks and tours. ISO 12647 is the specification upon which most serious printing specifications are based. Target gradation, ink colour, trapping, grey balance and dot gain numbers in the specification are based on hundreds of high quality print samples gathered and analysed from around the globe by the ISO TC 130 Committee. Vega is focused on creating a culture of continuous improvement through the measurement and analysis of colour. We use printing equipment and consumables combinations that have been optimised to meet the targets and tolerances of the ISO 12647 Specification - plus the demanding grey balance appearance targets of the Mellow Colour PrintSpec System.
